Welcome to the Boston Virtual Alpha-1 Education Day!

This online virtual event is scheduled for September 12, 2020 and will provide an exciting program over a day of virtual sessions. Our goal is to provide an online platform that is easy to navigate and participate in. While we are not going to be together in-person, we look forward to extending our program and sharing sessions and fun activities virtually.

Engage with the Alpha-1 community to help achieve the mission of the Alpha-1 Foundation: To find a cure for Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency (Alpha-1) and to improve the lives of people affected by Alpha-1 worldwide.

This virtual regional gathering of the Alpha-1 community provides educational resources to Alphas, social interaction and networking, and access to regional leaders in the Alpha-1 field. The Education Day offers attendees and sponsors a unique opportunity to meet patients diagnosed with Alpha-1, their families, industry, and healthcare professionals such as respiratory therapists, nurse practitioners, physicians, and nurses as well as the opportunity to increase their understanding of Alpha-1.

As an Education Day sponsor, you play an integral role in helping attendees gain the most from this event. We look forward to partnering with you to make this a meaningful and memorable Education Day!
